The house now . . .


Outside: Roof replaced, side concrete steps jack-hammered out, front porch removed and replaced, new steps up the front lawn with new 40 ft. interlocking-block retaining wall. A trench approx. 2 ft.deep x 1 ft. wide & 120 ft. long contains new landscape drainage system. 6 weeks in the making. Yard re-landscaped with 5 cubic yards of topsoil, 4 yards of crushed rock (for drainage), 60 rolls of sod, 2.5 yards of mulch, and alot of donated perennials.

    Those stairs look WAY better then previous ones. You'll just have to be sure to deice them a lot. No falling with all the baby stuff in your hands (or the baby!).
    How wonderful that you'll have a cute little house to bring Crystal home to. Post some of her nursery up when you get a chance.
